1.RAMGARH ENGINEERING COLLEGE is ranked 73rd across India and is positioned in the ‘SILVER Band: Institution of Excellence' category.
2021
- Two programmes (ECE, CE) are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA),
- Received District One Green Champion Award from Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Govt. of India.
- Made a collaboration with TCS.
- One student is placed in Accenture with a package of 4.5L
- One student is placed in TCS with a package of 7.3 L.
- One student is selected in both Nottingham Trent University and St.Joseph University, USA in Master Programme. More than 5 students are selected in several IITs and NITs for M.Tech Programme.
- One student is placed in Willey M3 with a package of 7L.
- One student is placed in Upgrade with a package of 8L.
2020
- Received ISO 9001: 2015 certificate
- 20 students were qualified in GATE examination.
- Signed MoU with GrowVation to bring more student engagement into innovation and project based work.
- Signed MoU with Autodesk for technological upgradation, innovation and competitiveness of an industry, curriculum design, industrial training, internship and placement, Skill development, FDP etc.
- Signed MoU with Matrika Sadan Hospital for health care services for the students and employees.
2019
- 40 students were qualified in the GATE examinations, and one student of EE department become all India rank holder 872 (79.9 out of 100).
- Our student became course topper in NPTEL examination (PDSA using C).
- We scored 1.3 (outstanding) in TEQIP-III performance Audit.
- Two research Projects from ECE and ME departments are sanctioned by the Govt. of India.
- REC football team won state level championship (VIRJA 2019).
- REC Volleyball team became runners up in state level championship (Khelutsav-2019).
- REC basketball team became quarter finalist in state level championship (Khelutsav-2019).
- Free employability skill classes (TEQIP sponsored) are started for all 3rd year and 4th Year students.
- Become a virtual lab nodal centre of IIT-KGP
2018
- Introduced outcome based education system as per National Board of Accreditation (NBA) guideline.
- Started free GATE class (TEQIP sponsored).
- 22 students were qualified in the GATE examination.
- 2 students became topper in NPTEL examination.
2013-2017
27. The institution received prestigious TEQIP-III Grant from World Bank.
28. Our student secured 10 (CGPA) out of 10 in University Examination.
29. Our student secured 100/100 Marks on Mathematics in University Examination.

Placement Achievements:
The T&P Cell continuously coordinates with the various industries and organizations for placement of the students. It liaises with the corporate sectors and helps in developing the industry-academic inter-relationship.
